Terms and Conditions

At atomcamp, we strive to provide an inclusive, structured, and professional learning environment for all our bootcamp participants. To maintain the quality of our programs and ensure fairness for everyone involved, we ask that you read and abide by the following rules and code of conduct.

Payment Schedule

Timely payments are essential for continued participation in the bootcamp cohort.

  • Payment Deadline:
    You must complete your monthly payment and submit the receipt by the 1st of each month to remain enrolled.
    A payment reminder will be sent on the 28th of every month.
  • Non-Payment Consequences:
    If payment is not received by the 2nd of the month, you will be excluded from participating in the bootcamp for that month.
  • Emergency Cases:
    In case of emergencies, please contact your Bootcamp Coordinator directly for assistance or flexibility.
  • Proof of Payment:
    Upload your payment receipt using the official form. Without this, we will not consider your payment complete.

Assignments

Assignments are designed to support your learning and track your progress.

  • Weekly Submissions:
    Assignments may be given every week and will be shared via Google Classroom, along with clear due dates.
  • Submission Policy:
    All assignments are compulsory and must be submitted by the deadline. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for future modules.
  • Missed Deadlines:
    If you’re unable to meet a deadline due to personal constraints, inform your Bootcamp Coordinator in advance so we can assist you.
  • Consistent Non-Compliance:
    Regularly missing deadlines without communication may lead to your removal from the cohort.

Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for successful completion of the bootcamp.

  • Minimum Requirement:
    You must maintain at least 75% attendance across all classes and guest lectures.
  • Absences:
    We understand that personal situations may arise. Inform us beforehand so that your absence can be marked as excused.
  • Uninformed Absences:
    If you consistently miss classes without valid reasons, you will be marked inactive and may be removed from the cohort.

Class Participation

Engaged participation is key to both learning and networking.

  • Active Engagement:
    All participants are expected to actively contribute in classes and guest lectures. This enhances learning and showcases your dedication for future job placements.
  • Compulsory Group Activities:
    Participation in all group activities is mandatory. If you are unresponsive or inactive during class tasks, you will be marked absent for the session.
  • Respectful Collaboration:
    Collaborate respectfully with peers. atomcamp enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, discrimination, or harassment.
  • Misconduct:
    Any inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate removal from the program.

Feedback and Evaluations

We value your input and use it to enhance the bootcamp experience.

  • Evaluation Forms:
    Reflection and feedback forms may be shared throughout the program. These will have clear deadlines and are compulsory.
  • Feedback Culture:
    You are encouraged to provide feedback both formally and informally. If you face issues with content, delivery, or coordination, please reach out — we are here to support you.

Ethical Guidelines & Harassment Policy

atomcamp is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all.

1. Respect for All

Every participant must treat others with dignity and respect, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or background.
Discrimination in any form will result in immediate removal from the program.

2. Professional Conduct

Maintain professionalism during all sessions.
Avoid discussions about political or religious affiliations. Focus on course content and respectful engagement.

3. Communication Channels
  • Use only official channels (email, official WhatsApp groups) for bootcamp-related communication.
  • Contact your bootcamp coordinator for all concerns.
  • Limit communications to 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM to respect others’ time and privacy.
4. Anti-Harassment Policy

atomcamp has zero tolerance for harassment, including but not limited to:

  • Unwanted physical contact
  • Inappropriate jokes or comments
  • Staring or making others uncomfortable
  • Online harassment
  • Taking pictures or videos without consent

If you experience or witness such behavior, immediately report it to your bootcamp coordinator.

5. Consequences of Misconduct

Any violation of these guidelines will lead to appropriate action, including warnings or expulsion from the bootcamp.
atomcamp reserves the right to remove participants without notice or explanation in serious cases.

6. Regular Review and Updates

These terms may be reviewed and updated regularly based on participant feedback and program evolution.
