Refund and Returns Policy

At atomcamp, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience to all our participants. However, we understand that circumstances can change. Whether it’s a schedule conflict, personal reason, or a mismatch of expectations, we aim to make our refund and shifting policies fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

Please review the following detailed policies before requesting a refund.

Refund Policy

Full Refund – Within the First Week

Who is eligible:
All participants — whether enrolled through a monthly payment plan or a lump sum payment — are eligible.

Condition:
If you choose to withdraw from a bootcamp or course within the first 7 calendar days from the start of classes (Day 1 being the first day of the first live session), you will receive a full refund (100%) of your paid amount.

Email our support team at admissions@atomcamp.com with your full name, course name, and payment details. Your request will be confirmed and processed within 15–20 working days.

Refunds for Monthly Payment Plan

Applicable if you are paying month-by-month.

  • Withdrawal During Second Week (Day 8–14):
    You are eligible for a 50% refund of the monthly fee.
  • After Second Week (Day 15 onwards):
    No refunds will be issued if you request after the second week of the program.

Refunds for Lumpsum Payment Plan

Applicable if you paid the full amount for the bootcamp upfront.

  • Withdrawal During Second Week (Day 8–14):
    You are eligible for a 70% refund of the total fee.
  • Withdrawal During Third or Fourth Week (Day 15–30):
    You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee.
  • After Completion of One Month (Day 31 onwards):
    No refunds will be issued once the second month of the program begins.

Refund Processing Timeline

All refund requests are subject to verification by our finance and admin teams. Once approved:

  • Processing Time: 15–20 working days
  • Mode: Refunded via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email admissions@atomcamp.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Full Name
    • Enrolled Bootcamp Name
    • Date of Enrollment
    • Reason for Request
    • Payment Method and Transaction ID (for refunds)

Our team will respond within 3–5 working days to initiate the process.
