

2-Day Training on Artificial Intelligence for City Management held in March 2023

The Centre For Urban Informatics Technology and Policy (CITY) at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in collaboration with atomcamp conducted a two-day hands-on training program focused on the use of AI for city management.
Using case studies, the program focused to give public sector employees and city administrators an overview of AI, an introduction to pertinent tools, and practical instruction on how to utilise these tools to address city management issues through the case studies and exercises.







Training Outcomes:
The training on smart cities using AI has been successful in achieving its learning outcomes. Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of AI tools and their applications in city management. They were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify the key components of a smart city and integrate AI into those components. Furthermore, they have been able equipped to evaluate the benefits and challenges associated with using AI in city management. The participants can collaborate effectively with other professionals in the development and implementation of smart city solutions. Overall, the training has enabled participants to use AI tools effectively in the development and implementation of smart city solutions in their respective domains.
atomcamp will be arranging a series of workshop on use of AI for city management in the upcoming months.
